Shipping Costs (in most cases for larger items is £10.00 to anywhere in the UK Mainland ONLY but can differ for large bulkier items. Shipping to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Jersey, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland incurs higher postage. For Smaller items – Delivery is by UK Post/ Royal Mail – normal delivery times apply. Courier delivery by Interlink Express/DPD fully trackable.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
We pride ourselves on our packing but in spite of our good intentions, damage sometimes occurs. You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your order should this happen. Please save all packing material just the way it was received.
In the rare event of our product reaching you in an unsatisfactory condition, you must notify us within 48 hours with a full description of the damage or issue. We will discuss options available to you and do our best to resolve any issues should they arise.
The goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of delivery. In the unlikely event that you receive goods from us that are incorrect or are faulty, we will at our discretion remake or replace them for you during their warranty period. We will replace the individual item where appropriate and the whole set should it be deemed necessary – this will be at our discretion.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product only and does not extend to any costs incurred should the product fail. In no case shall liability exceed the purchase price of the product. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Where an issue arises, Torquepartz will make all reasonable endeavors to resolve it. We reserve the right to levy a 20% handling charge for goods not deemed faulty or incorrect.
Fair wear and tear and misuse does not constitute a basis for a warranty claim.
Please be aware that the dishes we sell are aftermarket dishes and in some cases will not step like the originals.
Please be sure that you are ordering the correct fitment for your wheels as we cannot refund once ordered.
We do not guarantee the bolts once sold, as we cannot be responsible for how they are fitted, used or cleaned.
All bolts and dishes are German Grade 1 quality and we only use premium suppliers.
When you are purchasing from Torquepartz, we need to know your name, email address, postal address, etc. This will allow us to process and fulfill your orders. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and promotions, but will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Neither Torquepartz nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site or our products. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
